History
Alliance of Research & Innovation for Food (ARIF) is founded in the Universiti Teknologi MARA, Kuala Pilah Campus in the year 2017. It consists of a group of researchers from vast disciplinary and varied research schools, who find excitements in doing food related research and innovation. We are having the same vision and bound to create a healthier society by discovering and promoting the usage of food in a more nutritious, safer and sustainable ways through science and technology.

Inaugural Symposium of Research and Innovation for Foods (SoRIF 2021)
The Inaugural Symposium of Research and Innovation for Food (SoRIF) 2021 focuses on the “Fundamental and Applied Research towards Technological Development of Food”. The main objective of Inaugural SoRIF 2021 is to serve as a platform to present and discuss the fundamental and applied research in producing the current technological development of food. The 2-day symposium will provide a presentation of 53 young researchers which will take place on June 23 and sharing session from the renowned experts on June 24. SoRIF 2021 will bring the international and local experts altogether.
